Over 300 urban living units are in the works at Frisco Station, according recently submitted project plans to the Frisco Planning & Zoning Commission.

Frisco Station Partners LP submitted a project for 310 urban living units and a parking garage to the commission July 13, according to city documents.

However, the project’s owners requested a 30-day extension of the review period by Frisco P&Z. This is permitted under House Bill 3167 to allow for additional changes to be made to the plan before action is taken. The commission approved this request at an Aug. 11 meeting.

The project, known as Urban Living 3 at Frisco Station, is planned over 3.7 acres on the southwest corner of Convergence Drive and John Hickman Parkway.

Plans for Urban Living 3 at Frisco Station will be placed on the commission’s Sept. 8 meeting for either approval or disapproval.
