The Frisco Planning & Zoning Commission approved a final plat for the 425 urban living units at a July 28 meeting.
The units are located over 6.7 acres on the northwest corner of Polo Gate Way and Grand Gate Way, according to city documents.
The Gate development along the Dallas North Tollway is home to several townhome, condominium, apartment, office and hotel projects for the city.
