The Frisco Planning & Zoning Commission approved open space and site plans for the buildings at a March 10 meeting. This comes after these plans were denied three times by the commission in January and February.
These buildings will be located across 30.8 acres on the southwest corner of future Legacy Drive and future Rockhill Parkway, according to city documents.
Plans for the project propose nearly 134,000 square feet of open space within the resort area and nearly 272,000 square feet of open space within both the retail and resort areas, per city documents.
The commission also approved a site plan for a golf course maintenance facility on nearly 5 acres on the east side of future PGA Way.
