Frisco development update: Twelve Cowboys Way

Luxury residential tower Twelve Cowboys Way is expected to open in early 2020, according to an April news release. The 17-story development will overlook The Star in Frisco, a 91-acre sports and entertainment district and headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys.


Twelve Cowboys Way will feature a contemporary aesthetic, and potential residents can choose from various one- to three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 850-2,600 square feet. Prices begin at $2,700 per month. Leasing opportunities opened to the public April 1. Featured amenities include 24-hour concierge service; walking access to restaurants and shops; memberships to the Cowboys Club and the Cowboys Fit gym; secure and covered parking; dry cleaning services; housekeeping and dog-walking services; a luxury covered pool; and special offers for the Omni Frisco hotel, AT&T Stadium, and The Star.
