Construction is slated to begin on the 17th and tallest building at Hall Park.

The new Class AA building at 3201 Dallas Parkway will be 12 stories and will contain 300,000 square feet of space.

The new building will include art and sculptures from the Hall Collection, and all floors will feature 10-foot ceilings. The outdoor spaces will include water features and an adjacent event lawn.

Jim Gandy, Frisco Economic Development Corp. president, said there continues to be demand for high-end, Class A office space in Frisco.

“Building 17, along with the additional amenities coming online at Hall Park, make this an attractive location for corporate tenants looking to relocate to the booming North Texas market,” Gandy said in a press release. “The 300,000 square feet of office space equates to hundreds of additional quality job opportunities for Frisco’s skilled workforce.”

Hall Group opened the first building at Hall Park in 1998. Today, the park is 96 percent leased with 16 buildings.

In May, Hall Park began a park-wide enhancement that will include new signage, modern amenities, such as a fitness center, wine lounge, conferencing center and a retail and restaurant plaza.
