Trick or Treat the Square returns to Frisco after being canceled last year

Trick or Treat the Square is returning to Frisco Square after being canceled last year. The event will take place Oct. 27.

“We just noticed the community missed the event, and we saw an opportunity to hold an event in the fall,” said Vianei Ponce, retail relations and events coordinator at Frisco Square. “So we decided to bring it back in 2019.”

Ponce said she does not know why the event was canceled last year.

Trick or Treat the Square is a free Halloween event that will include a vendor market, carnival games, inflatables and a game truck. The vendor market will be open 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and other activities will be open 1-4 p.m.
