Stonebriar Centre opened Aug. 4, 1999, with over 1 million square feet of retail space. The two-level shopping mall is managed by Brookfield Properties. The shopping center’s anniversary will be celebrated with two weekends of events, giveaways and more, according to a July 24 news release.
The overview
Stonebriar will host family-friendly events from 12-3 p.m. on Aug. 2 and 9, according to the release. The events at Nordstrom Court will feature free food and drinks from on-site retailers as well as a timeline wall highlighting the mall’s history with memorabilia displays. Visitors will have the opportunity to share their favorite memories at the center on a community Memory Wall.
