The menu features shareable plates, which blend European flair with a modern Texas spirit, according to the release.
Menu highlights:
- Elaine’s Charcuterie is a rotating selection of cheeses and meats
- Goat cheese-stuffed peppadew peppers with oregano and olive oil
- Buffalo deviled eggs features blue cheese filling, carrot and celery
- Foie Gras Torchon with black pepper cherry jam, ginger onion confit, balsamic pearls and brioche
- Stone Fruit Panzanella with cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, bocconcini, cucumber, torn croutons, basil pistou and balsamic
The bar program, featuring classic and contemporary creations, is overseen by Frisco local and veteran mixologist Chris Norton.
Drink options:
- Elaine’s Martini blends Tito’s Vodka, passionfruit liqueur, vanilla simple syrup, lime and a sparkling wine sidecar
- Ashes & Agave features Socorro Blanco tequila, Rosaluna Mezcal, Aperol, agave, lime and sparkling grapefruit
- The Emerson is made with Cantera Negra Reposado, Cantera Negra Café and orange
The eatery is the most recent concept from Alora Hospitality Group, which was founded in 2024 by Donny Churchman, CEO of Nack Development, and hospitality entrepreneur Jason Young.
“Elaine’s is the culmination of our vision to create spaces where timeless design and hospitality meet modern culinary expression,” Young said in the news release. “We’re proud to bring something so refined and experiential to Downtown Frisco—a place where locals and visitors alike can connect, unwind and savor moments that feel both elevated and effortless.”
