Silvia Gerfen opened Augment Wellness on March 3 in Frisco.

The wellness and recovery spa offers compression therapy, infrared saunas, cold water plunges, traditional steam sauna, red light/halo therapy, BioCharger, Braintap meditation and Hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
