The Southstone Yards is a newly built seven-story mass-timber building developed by the office team at Crow Holdings Development, according to a news release.
Toyota Financial Services rented this space to accommodate employees returning to the office in the fall of 2025, said Vincent Bray, Toyota Financial Services senior manager corporate communications.
“The new location is nearby existing TFS offices, features a low carbon footprint, bright and open floorplans, excellent parking, and a combination of appealing interior and exterior spaces,” Bray said in an email.

The Offices at Southstone Yards was designed by Duda|Paine Architects in partnership with Gensler and represented by CBRE. The seven-story building anchors a 45-acre mixed use project that will include the following when complete:
- retail
- restaurant
- residential
- hotel space
- fitness and wellness center
- meeting spaces
- private terraces on every floor
- access to three acres of surrounding park space
- other high-end amenities
TFC will move into The Offices at Southstone Yards later this calendar year and is keeping its existing office space at the Plano headquarters. The new office will accommodate approximately 1,000 TFS employees. Currently, TFS is determining which groups will work out of the new location.
