The bank offers resources for personal and business accounts, said Kathy Bentley, vice president of marketing for First Liberty Bank. There are also services for nonprofit organizations, she said.4. Frisco BaseCamp Restaurant and Bar

The restaurant offers dishes such as biryani, tandoori, curry and more. Additionally, all goat and chicken dishes are halal, according to the restaurant’s website. The restaurant is located in the space previously occupied by Dos Amigos Cantina, which closed in March.5. Funky Munky Shaved Ice

The shaved ice stop offers gourmet flavor combinations, including a pineapple upside-down cake snow cone with pineapple chunks and a brown sugar reduction. 15. Sky Zone


The trampoline park offers a space for birthday parties and events and programs such as dodgeball and obstacle courses. An exact opening date is unknown and the company did not respond to a request for comment; however, the company website states the location will open in 2025. Construction is expected to begin in August, according to documents filed with the state.16. Chuy’s

Orlando-based Darden Restaurants is set to acquire Chuy’s for approximately $605 million, the companies announced in a July 17 joint news release. The Darden brand owns over 1,900 restaurants worldwide, including Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Yard House, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and Bahama Breeze, among others.17. Kroger and Albertsons Companies

The companies released a list of stores in July that could be sold if the two companies complete a nearly $25 billion merger agreement that was announced in 2022. The list plans for 26 stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to be sold to C&S Wholesale Grocers if the merger agreement is completed. The list includes store locations in Frisco, Flower Mound, Keller, McKinney, Plano and Richardson. Stores listed include Market Street, Albertsons and Tom Thumb, according to the document.
