The new location offers full-service bathing and grooming services, such as teeth cleaning, hair cutting and nail clipping, a store representative said in an email. Dogs can also receive a facial and enjoy pet-friendly baked goods, according to Salty Dawg’s website.5. Skin Hub Med Spa’s

The services include IV treatments, cosmetic injectables, skin-tightening treatments, scar reduction, laser hair removal, microneedling and a variety of facials. Chemical peels, hydrafacials and cosmetic skin rejuvenation are also available, according to its website.6. SweatHouz

The recovery studio chain’s new location offers wellness services such as infrared saunas, cold plunge baths and vitamin C-infused showers. Guests can enjoy separate, private suites and customizable chromotherapy colors in the sauna, according to its website.7. Victory Nail Lounge

12. Kwality Ice Cream Parlor

The business will offer ice cream and novelties in a variety of flavors. An exact opening date is unknown; however, documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicate the construction will be completed in September.13. D-Bat


The business closed for renovations and has reopened. Renovations included new turf as well as upgrades to batters boxes, walkways and restrooms. D-Bat offers batting cages, lessons and training camps.Closed

14. Chitos Authentic Mexican Restaurant

A company representative initially indicated the closing was temporary. Its website indicates the business is looking for a new location. The restaurant served tacos, burritos, enchiladas and other Mexican cuisine. Per the lockout notice, Chitos closed for delinquency in paying rent.
