Mango will move into a Stonebriar Centre storefront at 2601 Preston Road sometime in 2024, according to a Feb. 22 press release from Brookfield Properties, the entity owning Stonebriar Centre.

Original plans for the store put the opening in late 2023 but have been pushed back to summer 2024, according to Randy Barnett, Stonebriar Centre’s senior general manager for retail.

The Stonebriar Centre location will be one of four new Mango storefronts in Texas as the Barcelona-based brand expands further into the U.S., which has more than 300 stores and a flagship store in New York, according to the press release.

“Last year Mango increased its presence in the country by opening several stores, and we plan to keep growing in the next years in the United States, one of the most important markets in the world,” Mango Expansion Director Daniel Lopez said in the press release.

Mango’s stores sell a variety of high-end women’s, men’s, teen’s and children’s fashion as well as home items, such as blankets, towels and rugs.
