The clinic, located at 25663 Smotherman Road, Ste. 204, Frisco, is a combination of many kinds of health care. Owner and resident doctor Shopana Ganpath noticed patients at her Van Health clinic in Van Alstyne were asking for new services she did not offer, such as hormone replacement therapy, IV infusions and anti-wrinkle treatments.
“Instead of referring them, I got trained myself,” Ganpath said.
Pulse and Poise offers those services and more, such as laser hair removal and chronic care management, according to the clinic’s website. As a primary care physician first, Ganpath said she is focused on preventative care for her patients with physical and mental health care.
“You keep people healthy and keep them out of hospitals, and overall it benefits the system as well,” Ganpath said.
Pulse and Poise and her other clinic now have services for patients looking for lifestyle medicine and aesthetic services, Ganpath said.
“We want [Pulse and Poise] to be a one-stop-shop to look and feel good,” Ganpath said.
