The Stonebriar Centre in Frisco added a new batch of businesses to its roster for 2023. Several stores are now open with more opening in the coming months at the shopping mall located at 2601 Preston Road, Frisco.

Lululemon: opened in October

The international brand sells athletic wear and accessories including dresses, sweatshirts, pants and shoes, according to Lululemon’s website. The company occupies a 4,500-square-foot space in Ste. 1079, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. 469-956-5263.

Dr. Martens: opened in December

The retailer known for its footwear opened its seventh Texas store and second location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Other Texas stores are in Houston, San Antonio and Austin. The company occupies a 1,381-square-foot space in Ste. 2026, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. 945-732-4175.

3:16 Collection: opened in November

A Christian lifestyle clothing brand makes a return to Stonebriar Centre after previously occupying other suites in the shopping mall and a location in Addison. The company sells men's, women's and kids clothing in Ste. 5533. 888-746-7316.

Miniso: opened in November

This Japanese-inspired retailer offers low-cost household and consumer goods, such as kitchenware, toys, stationary and cosmetics. The store is open in Ste. 2148.

Tempur-Pedic: opened in November

This mattress store sells bed bases, mattresses, pillows, mattress toppers and bedding. The company occupies a 2,971-square-foot space in Ste. 1061. 469-956-5327.

Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza & Taproom: opening in late January

The fastest-growing wood-fired pizza franchise in the United States will open its first Dallas-Fort Worth location in Ste. 2221. Menu features include wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches, salads, starters and desserts. The taproom will have a self-pour tap wall with craft and domestic beer, wine, cider and mixed cocktails. The 5,021-square-foot restaurant is complete with a 140-inch LED video wall for live sporting events and has a separate lounge and private dining areas for small private events. 469-971-2328.

Victoria’s Secret & Pink: opening in early 2023

A combination store with Victoria’s Secret lingerie and the apparel line Pink will open in Ste. 1166, said Randy Barnett, the general manager of Stonebriar Centre. An exact opening date has not yet been announced.

Capital One Café: opening in 2023

The Capital One bank holding company will open a cafe in Ste. 1176. The space formerly housed Microsoft, which closed in 2020. Barnett said the restaurant will be similar to the location at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio. The cafe will have food and beverage options, meetups and workspaces, and Capital One banking services, according to its website. The shop is open to both Capital One banking customers and the general public. The Capital One Café is located in a 6,622-square-foot space, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
