A new retail shopping center is coming to Frisco in December, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and Panther Creek Village Investments LLC.

The new center will feature over 9,800 square feet of space and will fit around four to five tenants.

An official street address is not available yet, but a spokesperson for Panther Creek Village Investments LLC said the center will be located on the northeast corner at the intersection of Hillcrest Boulevard and Panther Creek Parkway.

Construction for the new center is scheduled to begin in April.
