Council approved the first reading of the city's new "micro-mobility" ordinance at the Oct. 24 meeting and could approve the second reading Nov. 14. If passed, the ordinance would update rules and safety regulations toward the use of electric scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, electric scooters and more.
