Highland Village City Council approved an agreement to add a fence around the splash pad at Doubletree Ranch Park during a Dec. 13 meeting.

The approval also included the replacement of some sections of the existing fence at the Highland Village Tennis Center. The agreement is with Viking Fence Company Ltd.

The tennis center fencing project has $80,000 earmarked from the 2018 bond proceeds, and the project is set to cost $73,682.
