Flower Mound Town Council awarded Excel 4 Construction a $2.6 million contract for the Timber Creek water and sewer replacements project during its Oct. 17 meeting.
As part of the project, sewer lines along the entirety of Spring Meadow Lane will be replaced along with the rehabilitation of 19 maintenance holes and the construction of two new maintenance holes. Sweetgum Court, Pepperwood Drive, White Oak Court and portions of Spring Meadow Lane will also get new water lines.
Work is set to begin in November and is estimated for completion in October 2023, according to Senior Project Engineer Dale Crown.
