A Fresh Start to a Healthier You
Thi is the first class in a four-part series on daily physical activity, food safety and food resource management. Attendees can also learn about way to increase the intake of fruits and vegetables, and nutritious meals and snacks. Individuals are encouraged to attend all four classes.

The bike riding events include five weeks of weeknight racing on Loop 5 of Northshore Trail in Flower Mound. Participants will traverse a short track course spanning 2.6 miles, featuring rock gardens, creek crossings and steep climbs under the glow of required lights as dusk settles in. Riders of all skill levels are invited to participate in this racing series.

The Friends of the Flower Mound Public Library will host a book sale in early January. Purchases of books can be made using cash or check only. Proceeds from sales help fund library programs and services.

This Rockpointe Church hosted event includes dinner, dancing, crafts, roasted marshmallows, games and a photo booth. Event planners advise activities are best suited for daughters ages 4 and up but, all daughters are welcome.

The city of Highland Village is hosting an event featuring dinner, dancing, door prizes and more. The dress is semi-formal. Professional photography sessions are available for additional money. This event is recommended for girls 3-15 but there is no age restriction.
