Unofficial results from Flower Mound's $112 million bond are now in with 100% of precincts in Denton and Tarrant counties reporting.
Proposition A got 2,941 votes, 62.53%, in favor of approval and 1,762 votes, 37.47%, against, per unofficial results. Proposition B received 3,378 votes, or 71.81% for, and 1,326 votes, 28.19%, against.

Based on unofficial results, there were 42,353 ballots cast countywide, which represents 6.91% of Denton County's 613,020 registered voters. There were 98,564 ballots cast in Tarrant County, which represents 7.99% of the county's 1.23 million registered voters.

Voters have approved both propositions of Flower Mound’s $112 million bond, according to unofficial voting results. All results are unofficial until canvassed.
All precincts within Denton County have reported results, while 74.38% of Tarrant County precincts are reporting results.
Proposition A received 2,935 votes, 62.54%, in favor of approving the proposition and 1,758 votes, 37.46%, against. Voters cast 3,371 ballots, 71.82%, to approve Proposition B and 1,323 ballots, 28.18% against.

Childers said that town staff plan to communicate next steps on the bond in the coming weeks and days.
“We do plan to start all of the projects included in this bond program in the next five years, setting the schedule based on prioritization, workflow, and economic conditions,” Childers added. “Flower Mound was recently named the number one place to live in America, and we’re excited to continue living up to that reputation with the completion of these important quality-of-life projects.”

Denton and Tarrant counties have released early voting totals for both propositions of a $112 million bond called by the town of Flower Mound.
What you need to know
Flower Mound had two propositions on the ballot. Proposition A totaled $82 million and includes improvements for the Community Activity Center, trail projects and other park projects. Proposition B is $30 million and would pay for street repair projects.
According to unofficial early voting results, Proposition A has received 1,970 votes for the proposal, with 1,180 votes against. Proposition B has 2,302 votes for approval and 851 against, per early voting results.

In early voting, there were 29,162 ballots cast countywide, which represents 4.76% of Denton County's 613,020 registered voters. In Tarrant County, 63,369 early voting ballots were cast, which is 5.14% of Tarrant County’s 1.23 million registered voters.
Totals from ballots cast May 3 have yet to be released. Polls closed at 7 p.m., although voters who were in line at 7 p.m. were still able to cast ballots.
