Argyle ISD is providing multiple opportunities for parents and community members to learn more about the 2024 bond, according to a district news release.

The district approved calling an election for the $512 million bond package in February, which includes a mix of new construction, capacity and capital improvements, and technology acquisition across three propositions. The bond would be funded using the existing tax rate. It looks to address the district's rapid growth and aligns with AISD's 10-year strategic plan.

The details

The district is hosting three community presentations starting in April. Parents and community members are encouraged to attend to learn more about the bond and what is included in the propositions, according to the release.

Superintendent Courtney Carpenter will lead the presentation, and members of the district administration will be available to answer questions and assist with bond information. The first two meetings are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and the third at 6:30 p.m.


Community bond presentations dates include:Early voting for the bond begins April 22, and election day is May 4, according to district documents.
