Dumont Creamery & Cafe is headed to Northlake and is expected to open in March 2025, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The more than 228,000-square-foot property will cost about $200,000 to construct, per the filing.

The new ice cream shop will offer Indian and American flavors of ice cream, as well as coffee, milkshakes, pastries and boba tea.

The owners of the ice cream parlor, which have a location in Frisco, say on their website that the place is a "blend of India's rich traditions with the vibrant spirit of the U.S."
