Pennywise Pub, located within the River Walk, is set to open in March, said Paula Retz, River Walk Food & Beverage marketing coordinator.

The menu includes British fare, such as bangers and mash, shepherd's pie, poutine, and fish and chips. The restaurant will also serve a large selection of British beer.

Pennywise Pub will feature a pool table, dart boards, shuffleboard and a jukebox. Soccer games will be on the big screens during the Premier League soccer season. Doors will open at 8:55 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday for fans to watch the games. Eventually, the eatery will offer karaoke and trivia nights. Pennywise Pub will stay open until 2 a.m. The restaurant will initially be open weekends only, Retz said.
