Pizzaria Mister O1 is opening in Flower Mound, according to state filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Construction began in late October and is scheduled to complete on Jan. 29. The 2,840-square-foot location will mark the fourth Texas storefront for the company. The third Texas location is slated to open this fall in Mansfield, according to the company website.

Mister O1 uses ingredients imported from Italy or locally sourced. It offers artisanal pizza with a delicate thin crust style with very light dough, which is prepared and rests for a minimum of 72 hours into natural levitation before being served.
