Indian grocery and eatery Chowrastha will soon open in Northlake at 7901 Cleveland Gibbs Road.

The location is under construction and will offer Indian food. It is expected to open by the end of June, according to its website.

According to the website, the business seeks to create a place for groceries and halal meat alongside a restaurant concept that “caters not only to the largest Indian population in the U.S., but to everyone” who wants to explore “food of complex flavors and spices” and understand the “years of evolution and and the prominent culture that is ingrained in the food.”
