Flower Mound restaurant Tycoon had its soft opening during the second weekend in April. The soft opening will continue for the next few weeks at its location at 811 International Parkway, Flower Mound, said Dave Coussirat, president and chief operating officer of Restaurant Ventures Unlimited, which includes Tycoon. The restaurant offers a fine dining experience with dishes that include fish, pork, chicken, beef, soups and salads. Brunch is available Saturdays and Sundays. Coussirat said the establishment offers a $19 prime rib special with one side on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tycoon features 100-plus wines, craft cocktails, private liquor lockers and elegant patio seating.
