A closer look

The developer seeks to put the project on 190 acres on the west side of I-35 and the south side of Robson Ranch Road, generally known as the Heritage Tract, according to a town news release. An artist rendering shows the development would have retail and office space, along with a business park.

Zooming in

At the meeting, residents can meet with the developer and its consultants on the proposed project. The site will need to be rezoned to allow the proposed project, the release states, and the developer has not made any formal submission at the time of requesting the meeting.
