A 44,000-square-foot building, Center Place, will house three new medical related services later this year in Flower Mound, developer Chase Bryant from KC Capital Group said.

The new tenants for Center Place will be North Texas OBGYN Associates, Medix Infusion and Academy of Aesthetics & Laser, Bryant said.

Academy of Aesthetics & Laser is a training program for individuals to learn anatomy, ergonomics, facials, extractions, masking, waxing and makeup. The curriculum also covers advanced topics such as facial rejuvenation, laser treatments, chemical peels and medical-grade skincare.

North Texas OBGYN Associates offers health services to women including obstetric and gynecological care, therapy to help with hormonal imbalance, physical exams and gynecological surgeries.

Medix Infusion provides infusions to chronically ill patients or individuals who require intensive care. They offer infusions in their clinics or in the patients’ home.

Construction is already underway for all three tenants and KC Capital Group is seeking more tenants providing medical services to go into the building as well.
