A new Flower Mound office building with a medical component should be ready by October, a development company representative said.

The 12,500-square-foot building is part of a 4.6-acre office and retail development, said Andrew C. Miller, partner with Castle Development Group. Construction began in November and is expected to wrap up in October.

The tenant mix will include a pain surgeon group. Nearly 1,700 square feet of space will be available for lease.
