Success Space will seek to help people build community while they work.

The new business, scheduled to open early December in Flower Mound, is a brand new franchise model, co-owner Tisha White said. She operates the business with her husband, Brian. Success Space is part of eXp World Holdings Co.

“We’re really bringing a new model, a new way to work to the area,” Tisha White said.

She added Success Space wants to be a place where people can have coffee in the cafe or share office space and be a place where they can think deeply, meet others and form ideas.

Success Space will offer a full, open to the public cafe with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

“We’re even going to have wine and beer selections,” she said.

The co-work space will be a membership-based space that has private office rentals, hourly office rentals, a multimedia studio and conference rooms.

“A lot of offices are kind of rent by the hour or by the minute, and you can kind of put together an a la carte office package for your work,” Tisha White said.


Success Space will also feature an on-site business coach who performs workshops and conducts group and one-on-one coaching. Tisha White said this will “bring an amazing coach model to businesses.”

The company has various pricing structures, with an open work area called the achievers lounge, and memberships for access in the lounge area start at $59 a month. Package prices increase from there, Tisha White said.

“We have private offices for rent, and those start at $500 and go up to $1,050,” she said.


The cafe will be open from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. The co-work space will allow people who have private offices to have 24/7 access. For general members, the business will be open from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The achievers lounge will be available to rent for events or business gatherings in the evenings and weekends.
