Läderach Chocolatier Suisse
Läderach Chocolatier Suisse, a family-owned premium Swiss chocolate company, will occupy a 42,282-square-foot distribution center in Northlake. The warehouse will distribute Läderach’s chocolate to all retail stores in the United States, according to a news release. Operations at the new warehouse are projected to start in spring 2023.
The Hive
The Hive will open soon in Northlake. An official opening date could not be provided, but business officials hope for a January open date. The January opening date is dependent on licensing. The Hive is a drop-in play care center. The goal for the business is to provide a safe space for children. It will be located at 1485 Commons Circle, Ste. 200, Northlake.
Dutch Bros Coffee
Dutch Bros Coffee opened in Flower Mound on Dec. 9. The coffee shop is located at 1501 Justin Road, Flower Mound. Dutch Bros offers a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, lemonades, and energy drinks. It also has a locations in Lantana.
Jaspers
Jaspers will open in spring 2023 at the River Walk in Flower Mound. It will be located at 4040 River Walk Drive, Flower Mound. Jasper’s is a comfortably upscale restaurant that features a menu with Sunday brunch and dinner options. Dinner options include trout, salmon, ribeye, appetizers and more. The location will offer riverfront patio seating, a full-service bar, private dining rooms for social and business functions, and off-premise catering, according to a news release. It also has a location in Richardson.
