The courts are now in session in Flower Mound—for reservations for tennis and pickleball.

People can now reserve a court online through the town’s reservation portal. Flower Mound’s public tennis and pickleball courts are open daily from 6 a.m.-10:30 p.m.

The details

Court reservations can be made up to one week in advance, and new users will need to create a free account to sign in and reserve a court, according to a Flower Mound news release.

Pickleball players can pursue their game at Glenwick Park Tennis Courts, 3300 Cross Timbers Road. Tennis players may reserve courts at Glenwick as well as at Leonard and Helen Johns Tennis Courts, 1850 Timber Creek Road.

Also of note

To ensure the courts are available to all who want to play, reservations are limited to 90-minute intervals up to two times per week, Sunday through Saturday, per individual, according to the release. Flower Mound's system will allow users to reserve more than the maximum allowed time, so officials are asking everyone to follow these regulations when reserving courts.

Town staffers will be monitoring reservations and will contact anyone with reservations exceeding the weekly limit.
