The Ablon @ Frisco Square
Construction on The Ablon @ Frisco Square's Class A apartment community will begin soon on four and a half acres on the northeast corner of Frisco Square Boulevard and World Cup Way.
The project is directly south of the Gearbox Software building, which will also soon be under construction.
The complex, which includes 287 for-rent apartments, will feature one- and two-bedroom units.
Ablon will be constructed in a "wrap" configuration, around a structured parking garage and other amenities, including a resort-style clubhouse, pool, dining areas and outdoor fireplaces.
Architecture characteristics will include a simple, light-colored masonry facade with some natural stone and brick; balconies on all units; and coastal vegetation including citrus, herbs and palms.
The apartments are expected to be complete by late 2015, according to Ablon officials.
