The polls are open for early voting for the Frisco ISD $775 million bond proposal.
Early voting runs through May 6 and election day is May 10.
District officials say the bond money will allow FISD to accommodate the 66,000 total students projected by 2020. More than 85 percent of the bond money is earmarked for the building of new schools, existing school additions and land purchases.
Residents are required to vote in the county where they live.

Denton County voters may vote at any Denton County polling location during early voting, but must vote at their assigned precinct location on election day. Visit www.co.denton.tx.us for polling location information.

Residents must be registered to vote, and a valid form of ID must be presented at the polling place.
Today is also the last day to register to vote in the May 29 Republican and Democratic primary runoff election. Early voting is May 19-23 and election day is May 27.
