Southlake Del Frisco’s Grille General Manager Gemma Brady said the business at the restaurant has increased during the past few months.
“We had a record-breaking amount of sales in the last couple of months of [2015],” she said. “Part of what made us so successful is having our upstairs patio enclosed. Having it enclosed has allowed us to increase the space of the restaurant dramatically, because now you can sit people on the patio when it’s really hot or cold.”
In 2016, Brady said the restaurant will make slight changes to the menu and wine list.
“We’ve been working on the wine menu and trying to make it more approachable,” Brady said. “We want our customers to feel like they are getting their value, and we also want them to be able to come in a few times a week to drink wine and not feel like they are breaking
the bank.”
Brady said the restaurant is busy preparing for Valentine’s Day weekend by creating a special dinner menu option.
“We haven’t finalized the dinner menu yet, but we usually offer some kind of seafood and steak and a signature dessert.”
