Developers are turning dirt throughout Frisco. Some developments are for medical and retail use, and some are neighborhoods. The following are commercial and residential projects coming soon to Frisco.

The medical offices at the northwest corner of Independence Parkway and SH 121 are expected to be finished by September. The offices will feature 25,000 square feet of office space for lease. Construction began in 2015.
2. Independence/121 Retail Center
A retail strip center is expected to be complete by July at the northeast corner of Independence Parkway and SH 121. The 12,000-square-foot center will include medical offices and other local neighborhood businesses.

The Maxwell, Phase 2 of a three-phase residential development set to be complete by fall 2018, broke ground in May within The Canals at Grand Park at the intersection of Cotton Gin Road and Legacy Drive. The four-story apartment development will have 325 new units. The apartments will range in size from 502-1,806 square feet.
4. Stratus Phillips Creek Ranch
Stratus Phillips Creek Ranch is a new luxury apartment home complex under construction on FM 423 just north of Lebanon Road. The apartment development will add 218 units to the Phillips Creek Ranch community. The apartments will range in size from 661-1,500 square feet. The development is expected to be complete by the fall.
5. Independence Medical Park
A retail strip center on the northeast corner of Stonebrook Parkway and FM 423 is complete and is ready for pre-leasing. The retail development has a total of 20,000 square feet of space, and a 24/7 dry cleaner is already set to open at that location.
