Frisco’s primary elections resulted in many incumbents advancing to the general election in November as did some newcomers.

Only the Republican race for District 33 state representative will go to a May 24 runoff.

Current Frisco Council Member John Keating garnered nearly 38 percent of the votes. His opponent in the runoff is Justin Holland, who gained about 33 percent of the votes.
