The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission received a presentation in late November about a proposed development on the southwest corner of FM 423 and US 380. Frisco Crossing is a planned 83-acre, mixed-use development with urban living units, restaurants, entertainment venues and food trucks.

The plans for Frisco Crossing were presented during a work session. A date has not been set for when Frisco Crossing will be presented at a regular meeting for a vote.

Charles Hodges of Hodges Architecture said the plans are preliminary and the developers are waiting to hear back from major anchor stores. Hodges said a potential cinema and grill entertainment venue could come.
