City Council approved a development plan June 16 that includes two multistory office buildings, three restaurant buildings and one parking garage to be built in two phases on approximately 5.8 acres in Southlake Town Square. The plan also includes the realignment of Reserve Street in order to accommodate the development layout.

Once Reserve is realigned, 27 on-street parking spaces will be installed on Reserve, and right of way for a segment of Division Street between State Street and Reserve will be dedicated.

Thirty-four on-street parking spaces will be removed from the realignment of Reserve.

In the first phase, one office building and the first phase of the parking garage are to be constructed.

The six-story office building will include 154,000 square feet of floor area. A four-story parking garage with 485 spaces will accommodate the office building.

The Phase 1 office building will be 94 feet tall.

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the project 6-0 at its June 4 meeting.

Developers will come before the City Council again with plans for Phase 2.

Phase 2 will include the second office building, expanding the parking garage and adding the restaurant sites.
