Despite several days of heavy rain in July, as of Aug. 1 Lavon Lake was at 480.39 feet, which is 11.61 feet below the full pool level of 492 feet.



In June, Frisco exceeded its water reduction goal of 10 percent by 33.3 percent for a total water use reduction of 43.3 percent, according to Gary Hartwell, city of Frisco Public Works director.
