Hall Office Park is undergoing an upgrade to its 162 acre, 16-building park in Frisco. The renovations include renaming the development Hall Park as well as adding new amenities and other improvements in an effort to modernize the 18-year-old office park. The upgrade is expected to be complete by this fall. "Since the beginning, our goal has been to provide an exceptional environment that is more than a typical office building, helping our tenants recruit and retain the most talented workforce," said Craig Hall, founder and chairman of Hall Group, in a statement. "Our current changes at Hall Park are a major step forward towards achieving this goal—adding restaurants, advanced fitness offerings, outside walking and jogging trails, a wine lounge, new meeting spaces and several other upgrades." The upgrades include expanding the 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center, Hall Active, and creating new conferencing facilities throughout the park. Other new improvements coming to Hall Park include the construction of Hall Plaza, a venture between Hall Group and The Weitzman Group to create a restaurant/retail center at the main intersection in the park to offer four to five new restaurants for a January 2017 opening. "One of the things that makes Hall Park unique is our ability to help our tenants grow within the park as their businesses change and expand," Hall said. "We've been able to meet the growth needs of more exceptional tenants than we ever imagined possible when we opened Hall Park." Also planned for the park includes a 170-room hotel at the northeast corner of Dallas and Gaylord parkways. The hotel will be part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.
