New tenants have been announced for the $1.6 billion Wade Park project.

Texas athletic and lifestyle retailer Tyler's and the newly renamed Steak 48—the acclaimed Arizona-based restaurant by brothers Michael and Jeffrey Mastro—are the latest businesses to sign leases within Wade Park. The 175-acre project is currently undergoing construction at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road.

Tyler's at Wade Park will feature nearly 17,000 square feet of space. The store offers athletic and lifestyle apparel, footwear, eyewear and accessories.

"We are really looking forward to being a part of the North Dallas area and are eager to get to know the Frisco community,"Tyler's president and owner Dale Grimes said in a statement. "We are very proud to be a part of the amazing Wade Park project and are excited to be among the many fantastic business."

Steak 48 will be a 10,500-square-foot steakhouse and will be the first location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the second Texas location following the late spring opening in Houston.

Phase 1 of Wade Park is expected to open in 2017 featuring Hotel ZaZa and a selection of retail, restaurants, entertainment venues and office space. Phase 2 will open in 2017 and will feature a Langham Hotels & Resorts hotel with some residential and additional office space.

"Our momentum is building with each new lease answering the call for the DFW's next shopping destination," Stan Thomas, president and CEO of Thomas Land & Development, said in a statement.

Other tenants that have been announced include Whole Foods Market, iPic Theaters, Pinstripes Bowling, The Rustic, Torchy's Tacos and Blo Blow Dry Bar.
