Frisco Arts held a ribbon cutting Nov. 30 for the completed mural project in downtown Frisco's Rail District. The mural is located on the side of Twisted Simplicity at 6927 Main St. near the gazebo on Fourth and Main streets. It was funded by the Rotary Club of Frisco and the Downtown Advisory Board, Frisco Arts Executive Director Tammy Meinershagen said. The mural features work of local Frisco artist Joshua Boulet and follows the theme of "Frisco: Past and Present," Meinershagen said. The piece depicts Frisco landmarks, different cultures, sports and the arts community.
