Global lifestyle retailer Miniso is opening soon in The Village at Allen, a company representative confirmed.
The roughly 10,500-square-foot Allen store will offer items in the company’s 10 product categories, including:
- Apparel
- Electronics and technology accessories
- Home goods and lifestyle
- Stationery
- Toys and collectibles
- Beauty and personal care
- Bags and accessories
- Food and beverages
- Fragrance
- Pet items
Miniso offers over 10,000 products, including collaborations with brands such as Barbie, Minecraft, Harry Potter and more, its website states. The China-based company has over 7,800 stores around the world, including over 330 in the US, its website states.
A soft opening for the Allen shop is planned for March 23, followed by a grand opening on March 28. Grand opening festivities include a planned ribbon cutting at 10 a.m., free gift bags valued at $50 for the first 50 customers, and a 10% discount for purchases made during the grand opening weekend. The company’s penguin mascot PenPen will also make an appearance at the grand opening event.
