Allen ISD officials approved a new sponsorship agreement with a regional trade school and a sponsorship extension with a Texas-based grocery store chain in July.

The district board of trustees approved two sponsorship agreements for Eagle Stadium during a July 27 meeting. The first agreement was with ForgeNow, a regional trade school based in Lewisville. Board members also approved a sponsorship extension with H-E-B.
ForgeNow’s agreement makes the trade school an official advertiser at Eagle Stadium from 2026 to 2028, which covers the 2026 and 2027 football seasons, Chief Communications Officer David Hicks said. ForgeNow will pay $25,000 per year for the agreement.
H-E-B’s agreement was extended through the 2026-27 school year, which covers the 2026 football season. H-E-B will pay $15,000 for the extension. H-E-B has been an advertiser at Eagle Stadium since 2023, according to district documents.
District staff recommended approval of both agreements, Hicks said. The sponsorship extension with H-E-B is the second extension approved by board members this year. The board approved an extension with Sewell Automotive Companies in April to return as an official advertiser from 2026-2029.
Also on the agenda
Board members also approved the 2026-27 student code of conduct. The code sets district expectations for student behavior and is revised annually by the district, according to district documents.
Student Services Director Jessica Warlick said there were “no big changes” to this year’s code. One change expanded the definition of e-cigarettes within the code. Two other changes related to disciplinary appeals and procedure for expulsion were also approved.
