Retina Consultants of Texas officials said the retina ophthalmology practice is expanding with a new location in Vintage Park in August.

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction on the new 6,000-square-foot location began in April with plans to be completed on Aug. 1.
According to the company website, Retina Consultants of Texas is the largest retina-only ophthalmology practice in Texas and specializes exclusively in diseases and surgery of the retina, vitreous and macula.
