With the mission to give back to the community, Jerry Nash and Joe Haliti opened Bomber Energy in 2024. The energy drink business is based in Montgomery and focuses on supporting local first responders, veterans, foster kids and charitable causes, while offering a more health-conscious energy drink.
With the tag line “get energy for a cause,” Bomber Energy offers energy drinks in over 70 stores in Montgomery County and has donated $10,000 to Love Heals Youth, a nonprofit organization that offers counseling services to local foster care youth.

The details
Nash said he joined Haliti, who is also the owner of Joe's Italian Restaurant in Conroe, in his venture to open an energy drink company with the condition that the business would donate 10% of its profits to local charitable causes.
With a similar view on the importance of giving back, the two joined forces and created an energy drink formula packed with B-vitamins, taurine and caffeine in collaboration with international manufacturers.
After months of experimenting with the formula and amid high demand for sugar-free energy drink options, Bomber Energy settled on four energy drinks, including:
Original Bomber Energy made with cane sugar
Sugar-free Bomber Energy, a zero-sugar blend of B vitamins, taurine, caffeine and adaptogens, or natural substances that help the body adapt to stress
Dragon fruit sugar-free Energy Bomber made with 69 milligrams of caffeine and bold flavor with 10 calories and zero grams of sugar, infused with vitamin B6 and B12
Blue Berry Bomber Energy made with 69 milligrams of caffeine per 11.16 fluid ounce serving, B vitamins and zero sugar
What else?
Aside from its health-conscious components, Bomber Energy provides customers with affordable prices in comparison to its competitors. Bomber Energy offers 24 drink packages priced at $34.99, equaling half the price other energy drink providers offer, Nash said.
With products offered locally in over 70 stores, in Louisiana in 10 stores and online directly to consumers via the company website, Nash said, Bomber Energy plans to offer its products on Amazon early this year and hopes to expand to other retailers such as Walmart and other grocery stores in the near future.
“We really wanted to maintain a major focus on Montgomery County to begin with, because that's home for us,” Nash said. “But our driving goal is really to make a difference, not only in the community we live in, but the communities that we serve.”
