After dozens of Texas’ federal, state and local primary races ended without a clear winner in March, candidates for those seats will face off in an overtime round, known as a runoff election, this month.
Registered voters who participate in the runoff election can select their nominees for various seats during the May 18-22 early voting period or on runoff election day, which is May 26.
