Deep Roots ATX Salon will open Sept. 1 at 1300 E. Whitestone Blvd., Ste. 550, Cedar Park. The 20-station salon will offer a variety of hair and makeup services, including cut, color, balayage, hand-tied extensions, tape-in extensions, bridal hair and makeup, special occasion hair and keratin treatments. Owners Melanie Packer and Haven Tibbets have lived in Cedar Park for more than 10 years. The Cedar Park salon will be Deep Roots ATX's second location. The original location is located on N.
